Topside partners and associates have provided consulting and mentoring to dozens of companies, in addition to their management roles in many successful organizations.  Allen Bell is the former President and Co-Founder of The Idea Village, a business accelerator recognized nationally for its innovative programming, inspiring a vibrant entrepreneurial community in New Orleans. Darin McAuliffe  brings twenty-six years of entrepreneurship to the table. He has co-founded several multi-million dollar tech companies and has worked as a Senior Executive with large corporations. He is also a fellow co-founder of Idea Village, is best known for starting high growth companies including Turbotrip.com, IDC, New Orleans.com and Hotel Booking Solutions, all of which were ramped up and purchased by publicly and privately held corporations.  A third partner, Sonja McAuliffe, has extensive experience in international tourism and information technology and has been a key member of start-up teams in such areas as business development, new market entry, market research and program/system integration in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.  Topside consultants are seasoned professionals representing a cross-section of business expertise.  The firm maintains offices in New Orleans and Atlanta.
